It is in a good industry, healthcare. It is in a good location, Boston.

Cons

It has a very narrow business model, Medicaid, which generally does not have good profits. It's purpose for being is to funnel profits to the Boston Medical Center. Inexperienced management.

Very good pay friendly employers great benefits

Training. There is a lot of information. You have to get an 80 percent each time you have an assessment. You are allowed to have one retake but if you don't get 80 percent or above, they eliminate your employment which is contradicting cause all throughout training, they mention they don't expect us to remember everything, and we have a 'great support system' to help you out. I was let go for having 77/80 percent on my last assessment before going on to the transition team. I was floored. THREE POINTS!
