There aren’t any pros to working here.

Cons

These people don’t care about their employees AT ALL or maybe they just don’t care about the black ones. I’ll just leave this at that because I don’t want to reveal my situation as they would know exactly who I am. Go with a company that cares and apologizes for THEIR mistakes and won’t act like you are the problem.
