      Pros

      Remote work is a plus. Competitive compensation. PTO accrual is great. Benefits are decent. Great exposure to state government entities.

      Cons

      Workload and long days counter any remote work benefit. Work/life balance is poor. Some employees and peers aren't online and readily available- lots of inequities regarding workload. Limited growth potentials and high burnout rate. Pressure for plan expansion leads to "doing more with less". High level individuals have a tendency of being unresponsive to regulator queries. Sometimes relationship with hospital system can be convoluted and extremely difficult.

      Pros

      Flexible work life balance. Management is understanding and very easy to communicate with. Colleagues are all very professional and super nice. Probably one of the best organizations I have ever worked for.
