We appreciate the review. I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good experience working with our company. We strive to ensure all our employees have a positive experience. We’re proud of our remote work programs, and all jobs will remain working from home until 7/1/21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our call center leadership is glad to provide fun and engaging opportunities for the team, even when we are all working from home. This helps folks get to know each other and build relationships. Like most call centers, ours also has a time and attendance policy. It is vital that all our reps are ready and available to take our member’s calls at the start of their shifts every day.

- No meeting lunches and no meeting Wednesday mornings, you can get stuff done (maybe) - Collaborative environment (sort of) - Location right next to Back Bay T Stop

Cons

- Reorgs every year, no management stability, a revolving door in Member Services (3 VPs in 3 years) - Moving to the Schrafft's Center in the middle of Charlestown, no T option without adding an hour minimum each day due to walk from Sullivan Sq. - Poor pay
