      can be difficult to accomplish projects with so many departments involved in finalizing.

      Pros

      - No meeting lunches and no meeting Wednesday mornings, you can get stuff done (maybe) - Collaborative environment (sort of) - Location right next to Back Bay T Stop

      Cons

      - Reorgs every year, no management stability, a revolving door in Member Services (3 VPs in 3 years) - Moving to the Schrafft's Center in the middle of Charlestown, no T option without adding an hour minimum each day due to walk from Sullivan Sq. - Poor pay
