      - Flexible start time (within 8hr shift, 40 hrs per week). - Accommodating w PTO and general OOO requests - Encouraged to leave early (2pm) the day before on long holiday weekends

      Cons

      - Small team, MUST be very flexible with taking on new projects - Cycles of poor communication and expectations - Poor mentorship for new hires with no prior experience, MUST be self motivated and able to learn on the fly
