Paid holidays, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and location

Cons

Lack of resources, not enough training given to new employees, managers are always in countless meetings daily, lack of communication between departments, lack in communication between vendors and the Plan, the company's culture is horrible, etc. there are so many things wrong with this place and it is a shame because there are so many talented people that work here. We work harder here not smarter. We create more work for ourselves and our technology is seriously in the dark ages.

Work from home requirements are overly burdensome-usually takes over a year to accomplish, management does not listen to any opinions or process improvement ideas from employees, travel required to home office in Boston on a regular basis, training is minimal, minimal needed resources provided to perform your job
