Pros

At WellSky, I work alongside really smart people who understand the healthcare industry and who want to make a meaningful difference for our clients and in turn our communities. I love being a part of a fast-growing company that is thriving and well-positioned to continue on this path for many years to come. Leadership is transparent and open to feedback and input from all levels of the organization. They have placed a strong focus on culture - but it's about more than just events and free food - WellSky is a place where people help one another succeed and celebrate each other's successes. I cannot imagine finding a better group of people to work alongside.

Cons

The company is constantly innovating, so there's always more to do - for me that's not a con.

Pros

Leadership opportunities; support from management, including top executives; great communication across the business; fantastic and hard-working teammates; and an amazing new facility.

Cons

Wish we had more face-to-face opportunities with our teammates across the country, but this is an issue present in any global company.

Pros

I have been at this company for more than 7 years. I was part of an acquisition and used the opportunity to change career paths. The growing pains in the first few years have leveled out and the company is now on a really positive trajectory. The past few years have included a supportive team environment, clear growth plans, continuous manager feedback, clear communication from management, investments in training, and building corporate culture.

Cons

We run lean and mean and are always acquiring companies. There is more work to be done then we have resources for which can require you to set good boundaries with your managers (who are supportive). Not as diverse as I would like but they are aware and working towards that.
