      I am so glad that I took a leap and joined WellSky! The company is experience a lot of growth and has done so very efficiently. The growth opportunities are great and going to be there for years and years to come. The culture is also the best that I've experienced in 10+ years- the people are friendly and very happy in the work place, leadership truly cares about their associates (literally starting with the CEO), and they do fun things to keep you engaged. The OFFICE- wow. It's state of the art and an inspiring, comfortable environment. Dress code is "smart casual" so you're able to even wear jeans too

      No day to day or long term cons- excited to be here for years and years to come

      The people I used to work work with.

      Where do I start.....there were several individuals that worked for this company that have left due to poor leadership at the corporate level. Those individuals had so much knowledge, and now Wellsky won't fill any of those positions. Wellsky is known to merge positions and make others do all the work causing an extreme overload on people and the burn out process. I would say this place is a revolving door, but in order to be that they would actually have to hire people other then top executives. We are doing more work but with the same little pay. You know it's a problem when bright talented people start jumping ship.

      If you like challenges and enjoy a fast-paced growing company than WellSky is a great place to be. Working in healthcare is really special, and at the end of the day I'm so proud to work on products that impact our communities the ways ours do. The management team has made great strides in the last 6 months to communicate our overall strategy, improve our company culture, and roll out new programs for engagement and career development initiatives. They exhibit a player-coach mentality and have a lot of skin in the game to ensure our success in the next couple of years.

      Cons

      As I said above, the pace is fast. If you want to cruise in your career you may want to work somewhere else.
