Great 401k, HSA and benefits. Flexibility to work from home when it is needed.

Cons

The job that you are hired for is not always the job you end up doing. Departments don't like to work together. The workload is down right stressful and overwhelming. Management does not talk to one another and they don't really talk to their teams either. There is no structure, organization, attendance policy (people come to work when they feel like it) in many departments.

Good Benefits, unlimited vacation for some. CEO and senior leadership team are very good and have the company on track for significant growth.

Cons

multiple divisions and lines of business that are supported to various degrees. Some are underfunded resulting in low customer satisfaction with certain products, with low employee morale.
