      Great pay and benefits, very supportive team, and a lot of autonomy. No micromanaging, and teammates are always willing to help in any way necessary.

      It’s been pretty organized, structured, and transparent so far. The organization as a whole makes a conscious effort to make changes in the right direction. Some moderate DEI engagement.

      Cons

      The lack of diversity is very apparent. Lack of proactive DEI initiatives and communications. Employee benefits could be better in comparison to other tech companies.
