      Great company to work for but no change at advancement

      Pros

      The culture of WellSky was great. I enjoyed the people there.

      Cons

      Advancement was limited. Hitting quota doesn’t get you to where you want to be. Pay doesn’t compete with competitors in similar industries.

      Pros

      Great company culture, welcoming employees. I work on a sales team that touches several different markets and works with a wide cross-section of the company. Generally, people are great to work with, motivated to do good work, fun, energetic etc. Solid pipeline of deals to work within markets that are growing. Growing company with opportunities for advancement. New, open floor plan offices are really nice (I'm at the Overland Park location). Breakrooms have free drinks/snacks.

      Pros

      - C-suite & executive leadership is highly engaged, visible and accessible - Has focus on mission, vision, goals in the post-acute market - Competitive pay with generous bonus plan and benefits. Hybrid 3/2 work environment in KC & Austin with several remote opportunities. - Positive, enthusiastic culture where teammates are supportive & encouraging of one another. Bring teams together in-person to connect, educate and strategize. - Product delivery is more agile and responsive than larger EMR companies.

      Cons

      - Shifting from start-up organization to scalable larger company that requires additional internal processes to improve product delivery, communications and client experience. - Have acquired multiple startups past few years with different company cultures & philosophies, work actively happening to build the WellSky culture. Could have a stronger DEI focus.
