The only pros here is the benefits
Cons
The cons are the fact HR doesn't care, management doesn't manage, the company isn't fair, and will take the easy way out. My advice, don't work here! If someone is harassing you while you're just trying to do your job, they'll write both you up and if that person still feels wronged, they'll let both you go. They don't handle problems very well. So, again I warm you do not work here.
