No Training - Unwelcome & Distant Staff - Unskilled Management - No Vision
Pros
The only pro is that the office is close to my home.
Cons
I have rarely worked for a meaner group of people. Beginning with day one I was not welcomed. My "trainer" told me at the outset that "you will not like me". After that, I was set loose for nearly four weeks with training on my own. I was given access to the application and told to try it. I was given zero support during that process. My direct manager had no personality or people skills. He was no help at all. Upper management lacked direction and clarity. The product was built on a chassis meant for a completely different industry, and obsolete at best. The support process was undefined, difficult to follow and unquantifiable for KPI's. This company was a complete trainwreck and I left as soon as I could.
