      - WFH flexibility - building perks

      - repetitive and customers are rude - the system you’re supporting is old and outdated so lots of issues - a lot of red tape

      Pros

      The building and amenities are great. The gym is quite nice and very clean. Bill Miller (CEO) is a very nice man. The WellSky Foundation is beneficial and raises a lot of money to support local nonprofits.

      Cons

      Pay is stagnant, you only get paid upon promotion and opportunities for growth within the company are limited. Work from home days are being recalled, which is an issue for a lot of people, especially those who commute long distances. I would ask that they switch up the snack choices every now and then. There is no training which can be frustrating when just starting out. Maternity/Paternity leave is only 6 weeks.
