Full time in office, which has caused a ton of turnover The majority of directors and above do not come in all five days, but heaven forbid if a peasant doesn't get their "badge scan" Benchmarks move without warning Lack of accountability amongst most departments Support and Retention are expected to save every client, even though the solutions don't work, sales outright lies, and products are not implemented in a timely manner

benefits and pay are above average, managers are nice, great work life balance, highly diverse

Cons

leaders struggle to cast vision for swe departments and constantly pivot project definitions, tools used, even entire department structures very often. my first week at WellSky i heard the joke “if you don’t like what you’re doing, hold on and it’ll change in a second” - turned out to be true. you are cog in machine, and if you come in with fresh skills they’ll still put you on a legacy app where you’ll go to die or revamp your resume to leave.
