Well positioned in market. Ability to earn in some orgs within company. Some orgs seem to have a good culture.

Cons

Continuously ask more for less. Culture drives burnout, more unnecessary pressure than any other sales role I’ve seen.

WHQ is beautiful with lots of amenities and free snacks

Cons

No clear direction on any thing. A lot of “fluff” within the HCS clinical leadership team and they’ve show favoritism. No onboarding or training program and you are expected to train yourself on over 300 line items within a short time span and then train pharmacists on software. No structure. No guidance or advice unless you are the manager’s previous employee or one of their favorites.
