WellSky as a company is great. Their HR is very efficient and gets back to you quickly regarding any questions or issues you may have. Benefits are also great. You are only required to be in your department for a year before you have opportunities for growth

Cons

The department I am in really needs some work. We're very understaffed so we are drowning with our work. Our management has also been transitioning so we have had some issues and confusions with that.
