      Pros

      Opportunity to learn new technologies and expand your resume. Good work-life balance. Growth opportunities for exceptional employees.

      Cons

      This company formed through acquisitions, and management has no idea how to integrate the products. Everyone works in their own silo, with virtually no cross-team collaboration on anything. Management's solution is to throw a team of entry-level offshore contractors at every problem. Compensation is a bit lacking. Advancement opportunities if you can deliver, but no one will mentor you to get there.

      Pros

      the ONLY reason this has 2 stars is because my coworkers were amazing, hardworking, and great to be around. and then we trauma bonded over misery.

      Cons

      unless you are in HQ or Austin, you're treated as a second class citizen. the red headed step child. you're just a number. you're replaceable. they didn't choose you - they're just tolerating you. they love to brag about perks in their cringeworthy town halls when most of said perks don't even apply to half the company. want to see your kids grow up? want to see daylight? don't work here. but they'll certainly tell you all about how they support mental health. it's laughable.

      Pros

      WellSky is flexible. You have the option to work remotely or for home which is great. Very fast-paced and somewhat diverse. A great culture, depending on location. Salary is pretty fair, they pay good.

      Cons

      Little room to grow. Very top heavy and the CEO brings over all of his friends from his previous companies and puts them into executive positions or creates new positions for them. Very easy to get complacent. WellSky cares more about money than it's customers unless they are one of their top clients. Not a horrible place to work for, just OK.
