Acquired by Mediware and the whole culture was changed for the worse. No documentation for anything. You are on your own. If you ask, it is like hazing. If you don't ask, you waste hours trying to connect the dots yourself. High stress. Untenable workload. People work nights and weekends and still can't get the work done. The software is suffering mostly because the old timers left with all the knowledge in their heads. Customers are rightfully disappointed with the product, subsequent support and the time it takes to get bugs fixed. QA is attempted but integrated testing falls short. It's a company that I would suggest you avoid. If you need a job take it. Many people don't last very long. So keep up the job search once you get there so you can get paid while you continue to look. Mediware has grown to fast and don't have enough permanent staff to bring up all the new folks. It stopped being fun.

- Forced to be in-office while most of the company is remote - High amount of turnover meaning SMEs are hard to come by - Upper management and Solutions are constantly changing priorities and then get upset when employees are scrambling to get on track with the newest decision - People outside of engineering basically get no personal development training - go find your own - Salaries are low compared to the national average, although you can expect the work of at least 2 people at all times - Lake of diversity in upper management - almost everyone is a white male
