They hire and promote friends over tenure employees
Pros
Large Corp, great shirts. super soft for when they give them out. They have good people working there but leadership has a HUGE disconnect with the employees.
Cons
Care more about shareholders than employees, CEO is full of himself and needs to take a pay cut, as do senior leadership. But instead they take away your 401k matching, or don't give raises because the economy. They lay off workers shadily so they do not have to pay out a severance. Leadership will make up things to write employees up for so they can fire them at will. They say they care about culture but the leadership is so toxic and lies regularly instead of being transparent. They have things like employee appreciation week where employees get a lot of meetings, then a no meeting Friday and are constantly asked to give money to their foundation they opened for tax purposes. it's a sham.. it's a fraud. I would avoid at all costs.
