The people are passionate, collaborative, and committed, and there’s a genuine effort to invest in employee development. Leadership communicates frequently about strategy and priorities, and there’s flexibility in how and where work gets done. The investment is AI has been exciting as well.

      Overall, it’s a great company to work for. I genuinely enjoy the work, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth if you’re proactive and willing to take initiative. The organization is also doing some exciting things in the AI innovation space, which makes it an especially interesting time to be part of the team.
