Pros
Mediware's corperate policies are aimed to providing a positive balance between work and personal time, and the company has very good benefits from time off to its health plan. The company also keeps it's technical equipment upto date making it relatively easy to keep up in the ever changing feild of technology.
Cons
Absolutely no documentation for the software. Reliance on senior member's for assistance is frowned upon so new developers are often left out to figure things out for their own or fail quickly and find themselves without a job. The senior management also enjoy playing games with their employees to add additional levels of stress that are generally not required; this includes pitting employees against one another or a manager in order to ensure that employee's and managers have the right skills for their jobs. Manager's consistantly give conflicting orders and then accuse one another of trying to over ride the other, in the end the employee following the orders is punished because ultimately they were wrong for following the wrong instructions. Software produced for customer's is commonly sold to them before the software has ever even hit the design process.
