      Laid back environment Casual culture pay average

      Cons

      Disjointed business entities. Company is not really a true 'software' company. They are the big fish buying up smaller companies, but the companies are not well integrated even years after the sale. Effort in this last year to try to integrate but it is not seamless and not well thought out. Good pitch to customers but internally a mess (who's on first kind of mess).

      Pros

      Mediware has grown rapidly in the past few years and continues to do so. The company has lots of growth potential in the future. The staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming since I have been with the company. My team of co-workers are a pleasure to work with and the atmosphere is comfortable. The benefits are favorable and fit everything I need.

      Cons

      I don't have any major concerns about Mediware. While there is always room for improvement, Mediware has been a satisfying company to be a part of.
