I am so glad that I took a leap and joined WellSky! The company is experience a lot of growth and has done so very efficiently. The growth opportunities are great and going to be there for years and years to come. The culture is also the best that I've experienced in 10+ years- the people are friendly and very happy in the work place, leadership truly cares about their associates (literally starting with the CEO), and they do fun things to keep you engaged. The OFFICE- wow. It's state of the art and an inspiring, comfortable environment. Dress code is "smart casual" so you're able to even wear jeans too

Cons

No day to day or long term cons- excited to be here for years and years to come

Good Benefits, unlimited vacation for some. CEO and senior leadership team are very good and have the company on track for significant growth.

Cons

multiple divisions and lines of business that are supported to various degrees. Some are underfunded resulting in low customer satisfaction with certain products, with low employee morale.

A lot of my work was done alone in a cubicle, but my teammates were always nearby if I wanted to chat!
