Pros
Great furniture and clinic designs, great programs for an underserved population, some nice people to work with.
Cons
Overall I was disappointed with this company and what it promised. I feel the CEO is going in one direction while most of the other upper management is going another. There is serious communication problems from upper management which don’t get fed down through the lines to the people doing/expected to know how to complete work. I asked my direct supervisor on many occasions for direction and instruction without any acknowledgement. I was blamed for doing something incorrectly that I was doing correctly and when I showed proof that she was the one who had approved the work, I was quickly let go from the company for “culturally” not fitting in. I’m sorry, but since when did having an opinion to better a company or being able to defend ones self after a month of employment and having to figure everything out on your own end up in a firing? I’d say this was wrongful termination at best. In no way did any of this upper management team live up to the standards/ culture in which they do profess to in their day long onboarding orientation.
