Job not as described Expectations unclear, not made known or simply changed. Generally found out after the fact. Inconsistent, unsure supervisor, whose communication skills varied from day to day. Generally declined to offer honest feedback when asked about expectations and performance. Asks for but does not respond to suggestions in what was supposed to have been a collaborative environment. Saw many contradictions to the mission statement. Mission Statement Achieving regional health through high quality comprehensive care. Frequently the focus was not on quality or improvement. "We believe that keeping employees happy improves quality of care. Opinions and ideas are encouraged and valued. We aren't punitive when addressing concerns..". This was not seen. Most of the people I worked with were stressed and unhappy as reflected by high turnover, in all non managerial positions up to and including MD's

Horrible supervisor. Referral are so backed up all the way from 2015. Need to hire more referral coordinator
