Great health insurance. Good pto, and retirement benefits.

Management is seriously lacking. I found the workplace to be extremely clique-y, not very warm to "outsiders". Staff was EXTREMELY judgmental to the certain patients, therefore affecting the care that was provided to them. Nursing assistants were performing tests and procedures that were COMPLETELY out of their scope. My position was a new one to the particular office, and the orientation was sub par.

Cons

Awful management at most levels. Never seen an organization with so many computer systems. The same group of leaders keep promoting each other straight to the top. The organization makes you get a mandatory flu shot and doesn't hire nicotine users anymore. They will most likely stop hire overweight people next!
