Distance, parking, some of the employees are unpleasant

Management - all levels, but primarily the Service Line VPs and Operations Administrators. These "leaders" do not care about you as an individual. To them you are just a number and are dispensable. They do not care about work/life balance. The environment and expectations are very stressful and highly demanding. You are expected to do extra without compensation but then there is no flexibility for you as a provider. There is absolutely NO transparency and their only concern is their bottom line. They say they are so concerned about the patients, but then when you need something for a patient population - the money is not there. Your voice is definitely not heard. Many of the "leaders" are working to retire - and they will not go out of way to do anything difficult or to make waves to make things better for everyone. They care only about themselves. So many departments are short staffed and if someone leaves, the positions are not filled - you just have to work even harder.
