Pros

If you have a good manager it might be an OK place to work.

Cons

Upper management totally NOT transparent. Layoffs solely to save a few dollars, even though quality of patient care and of the patient record suffered as a result. Way too concerned about the bottom line, rather than people. Pay is low too.

Benefits and if your supervisor isn't passive-agressive or a bully, the work-life balance

Cons

Pretty much everything else... Place was run by managers devoid of ethics or decency. Bullying is Standard Operating Procedure. But if you are a first class suck up, you will shine here!
