      Pros

      Organization's commitment to patients and patient satisfaction.

      Cons

      Many changes w/o support. Knee-jerk policies. Organization Leaders generally don't trust/respect their providers. Work you hard and they ask for more. New compensation plan-ridiculous. Go elsewhere if you want work-life balance.

      Sufficient benefits package and competitive wage rates

      Cons

      Very weak management. Examples of poor leadership that I have personally witnessed: managers committing rampant time theft by altering their attendance records, overt favoritism, taking credit for staff's ideas when they had insulted them in private, and assigning punitive measures and corrective action for known mental disabilities to discourage the employee enough to quit.

      Great benefits, open with pay base rate, if you say what you would want upfront.

      Too much management, to many lions and not enough little man, it always about the bubget.
