      decent pay and benefits. free parking

      Cons

      too much corporate in your face policies such as cannot hang a small mirror in the office. Just an example of the face they put on to the public and what goes on behind the scenes. The outer hospital is beautfiul but you should see the Psychiatric ward. They should put their money where their big fat corporate mouth is

      Benefits were good. Pay was about average.

      Cons

      While they pay lip service to caring about employees, coworkers are encouraged to stab each other in the back in order to curry favor with management. Huge turnover due to unbearable office politics. Fires people for silly things like not making enough eye contact during meetings.
