      The new "matrix" approach to lines of authority are often confusing. The business of getting things done is complicated by having to try to answer to too many people.

      Great Health Insurance, and 401K

      Cons

      They have pay scales. There is a top and a bottom. The top is what an LPN would start at in most LTC employments. The rate at which your pay increases in about 3% a year if you get a good review.
