      Benefits are very good but to maximize...should use Wellspan facilities.

      Cons

      Same as any place. Some people just don't enjoy their job. They should either retire or find a job they enjoy.

      York Hospital - not loving and unkindness

      the jobs themselves were interesting.

      Cons

      No accountability, constant backstabbing. The organization has no direction and it operates with threat and intimidation. Not loving kindness. People keep leaving and management wants you to keep taking on more and more. No appreciation, no matter how much you take on. As a healthcare institution, it operates in an unsafe manner.

      Pros

      Great Nurses and providers who provide amazing care! Overall good benefits for employees. The Emergency Department is receiving an overdue renovation.

      Cons

      This Health system is Top Heavy with very Incompetent Management. They are not experienced enough to run a health care system. We used to have shared decision making but now you are just told what to do with very little support.
