Almost no opportunities for upward mobility. Was told by my boss multiple times I was ready for a promotion, but never received one after multiple years of service.

Pros

Health insurance wasn’t too terrible but you have to use WellSpan facilities a they’re expensive.

Cons

Union dues. Only facility within the organization that are union and the dues are high for what you get from the benefits. Can take a lunch if you don’t work 8 hours. So if you have to leave 15 minutes early or arrive 15 minutes late (scheduled) you can’t take your hour lunch. Only get a 15 minute break. Should be illegal.
