      Pros

      Teamwork within the departments makes it possible to give the best possible outcome for our patients. Supervisors are very supportive and will assist when needed. They have an excellent 403b and PTO plans

      Cons

      Rating system for raises depending on the department and level of the food chain. Health benefits have dropped over the years also career growth is a hit or miss.

      Pros

      Team leaders are great and will listen. Nicely structured labs and standards overall.

      Cons

      Retirement needs to improve. Upper management outside of the lab doesn't understand the lab nor really take action to help as much as they could (if it doesn't directly involve the face of patients they won't care to put in effort).
