Pros
For a part-time, entry-level job, the benefits at this company are FANTASTIC! Company minimum wage is 10.50 per hour. If you work even one minute after 7pm you get the evening rate of 11.55 for your entire shift. 403b retirement, health insurance, life insurance, EDUCATION benefits, FREE MASSAGES, and a lot of other crap too!
Cons
For any of the Service and Trade departments, what little training you receive is not very good. Nobody here knows how to work as a team to get things done, or to provide quality service. All that people care about is what they have to do to leave as soon as possible. In healthcare, or any patient care oriented work environment, that is just unacceptable.
