Pros

Gympass is a company that cares deeply about not only the culture, but the employees as well. It's a lot of fast moving parts and the company is growing immensely which allows a lot of room for opportunity.

Cons

Start-up culture, processes not in place, global company with most leadership based in LATAM which creates the feeling of a glass ceiling for non LATAM employees.
