Pros

The environment is ok. The great thing is the incentive is great if you can achieve great sales. Also most of everything you do counts toward sales performance.

Cons

The downside of the Wells take over is many of the long time experienced bankers have left and went on to better things. Now many of the stores are full tellers being promoted and have little financial knowledge. What a waste!

Pros

AT wells fargo bank you will have: advancement opportunities and good benefits. Also 2 weeks paid time off.

Cons

a lot of challenge, high goals and a lot of reports and micro management. Branch managers have to report sales numbers 2-3 times a day, Constant pressure to staff to reach goals and do sales. Work at WF can be stressful. You have to work very hard. Cant seat while working, you have to stand on your feet the whole day while working with customers in the teller window.
