Pros

The company cares about customers and employees. Benefits are above average and pay is competitive. You can feel appreciated here.

Cons

Management is very hierarchical, can be slow moving and sometimes clueless. Each line of business has a slightly different culture. While the company professes to be employee and customer focused, at the end of the day the bottom line $$s win. Like any large corporation they are cutting benefits and scaling back FTE where ever they can. Most employees work LONG hours.
