Pros

There is room for advancement; they hire within the company instead of looking for those outside, to fill the position. Paid time off is great; if you need time off, and request it within a reasonable time; you'll most likely get it off.

Cons

Very stressful environment if you don't make your sales. This job is very sales driven. Doesn't matter if you can multi-task, do your job properly; if you don't make your sales, you're fired. Benefits used to be great; but now are bad. Certain districts require you to be a banker first before you can advance to any other position. Pay isn't all that great. Raises are poor. Sometimes communication is poor.

Pros

Lots of structure and processes in place so the work expectations were clear and role are clearly defined.

Cons

On the flip side of having lots of processes in place, at times this impedes expeditious workflow as projects need to go through the 'standard' workflow.
