Pros

I'm like working with Wells Fargo because the pay is decent from what other companies are paying, the benefits are good and overall it's a stable company.

Cons

I've learned over the years, if you want to grow with the company and move up you have to get in good with the managers and supersivors. It seems to be more of a personal thing as appose to them going by individuals work ethics and whose more professioanl capable of taking on the promotion and job description. Also, I wouldn't say they're concerned with what's better for the customer, it's what's going to bring in their next dollar.

Not challenging enough

Pros

If you like the slower pace and innumerable processes of a large corporation, then this is the place for you.

Cons

Constantly changing processes with new ones added along the way, a slow moving train with a limited-talent pool plus the red tape of a large corporation. Diversity is scarce.

Pros

The management keeps in constant communication with you. They try to make it a fun work environment by using games and prizes for sales competitions. Over all the management is pretty nice.

Cons

If you work here be prepared to be cussed out several times a day! The downside is the customers. The people who are calling in about their account information are 80% of the time very rude and treat you like CRAP! Either they are very uneducated about banking and blame you personally for their mistakes even though you have no control over what happened to their account. On the other hand the are very educated in banking, or at least they so, and believe there is no possible way they made a mistake or could have possibly forgotten to record something. It wouldn't be so bad if the customers didn't personally take it out on you.
