Pros

Really good benefits package. no uniforms required

Cons

Salary and commissions are horrible, your better off at Chase or Bank of America The commission grid is impossible. There is no way you'll ever make above 80k even if your base is 60k Upper management in retail has no clue of what they are doing. And even the internal customer service stinks.

Pros

Treating employees as a core asset and competitive advantage - benefits are generally good. Strong vision and values statement regarding focus on the customer.

Cons

Comparatively lower pay when compared to the rest of the industry. At times too much emphasis on longevity/seniority over skills, contribution or effort.
