      Pros

      Large company means many minds; people to bounce ideas off of and share knowledge with; telecommuting/working virtually is very accepted; the work is a good mix of challenging and interesting projects, together with working on things that you already are familiar with, so building on what you know; mostly good work/life balance

      Cons

      Environment that is resistant to change; management asks for input and feedback but either ignores or fails to consider much of what is provided by the employees; too many burnt out and unhappy people in prominent, managerial positions

      Flexibility of work schedule, ability to take time off, no surprises when it comes to what is expected

      Cons

      Sometimes a stressful work atmosphere, focus on goals can come above customer satisfaction, changing of goals needed to make bonuses

      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good. Like the people that I work with. Somewhat flexible with personal schedules. You don't take your work home with you.

      Cons

      Pressured to push products down people's throats. Goals are very hard to achieve and incentives are very small for the amount of work you do. Was lowballed for a substandard salary
