Pros

Huge opportunity for advancement as long as performing well. Mostly everyone has a very positive attitude. Motivating competitive environment.

Cons

The commission structure doesn't allow for the best compensation. Once you hit Manager position there is not really anywhere else to go.

Pros

Flexible schedule (part-time); Good hours (no sundays); Mangement was helpful and sincere; Great co-wokers; good training and work/life balance; overall good.

Cons

As a teller, it was sometimes hard to meet the goals (opening accounts, cross-selling bank products). That was about it.

Life in a Wells Fargo Store...

Pros

Upper management recognized that my direct manager was doing a poor job and he was 'encouraged' to find other employment. Sales culture is implemented very well in some locations and that inspires success and enthusiasm. As a manager I was granted what I thought to be an appropriate level of autonomy. Great benefits.

Cons

It can be difficult to maneuver through the HR process to shed poor performers. When a manager is held to the high standards of aggressive sales goals this can be a drag on efficiency.
