      Wellstar needs to practice living their own vision

      Pros

      Compensation is fantastic, benefits are good, they identify and hire some great people

      Cons

      The company's mission statement and values sound ideal, however, the culture does not reflect the mission. All the way up to the top, the road is paved with the dreams of employees long gone. It is a cult-like atmosphere where you better drink the kool-aid or you will not survive the trip.

      I would say the pay was decent.

      Cons

      Oh, boy - malicious streak throughout. Be warned that they fire employees quite often. One day you go to work and your colleague is not there any more and the manager is cleaning out his desk.
