      Decent Insurance, you can transfer to different locations

      Low pay, understaffed, toxic work environment, unfair treatment of techs by doctors/residents/surgeons/nurses and management, problems are ignored by management, some problems are blamed by management on staff when they should be fixed by management, management out of touch with realities of hospital environment and "on-the-ground" hospital issues

      I use to be proud to represent wellstar- now they are too big to care about the employees - only want us to make them money and they pay us less than other places

      Cons

      Ive been with them 3 years- management is awful- they are lazy and do not want to put in the work to support their team. Half the time I can't even find my manager after 2 oclock. My direct manager is the last one in and the first one out. I've attempted to talk to HR and they are not concerned. I've been trying to transfer locations in attempt to stay with the company but my requests have done nothing. Currently looking for other jobs.
