Business Outlook
Pros
I worked doing patient registration at the front desk of one of the practices in the Physician's Group. The doctor I worked for was great and had a great team. Front office, back office and clinical staff worked well together.
Cons
Training could be improved. Basically we trained while at our desks via webinar which was distracting at times. Would have liked to have heard about opportuities outside the Physician's Group
