Truly believe the majority of the hands on caregivers within the hospital work at Wellstar not just because of its reputation as an upstanding Healthcare system, but because they are sincerely concerned about patient care. Cons
Once you go past the direct patient care staff, the system gets very political. Hard to get on at Wellstar unless you know someone or happen to be in the right situation at the right time. Over recent years, do to changes within the management side of the company, the once "team support" employees might have felt, has dwendled away - it's all about moving up the ladder for many. Not all, for sure, but there are several higher ups in HR that are simply a joke and poorly represent the Wellstar name.
