Pros

Great physicians, they offer perks and discounts on services. Always submit a counter offer and negotiate salary.

Cons

Pay and benefits for managers is low, often over worked and under appreciated, company only cares for its RNs and physicians. Prepare to be micromanaged, don’t let them low ball you on salary

We appreciate you leaving a review. Our team members are important to our success, so we’re proud to provide them with top-tier benefits like growth and development opportunities, childcare and our Retirement Savings 403(b) Plan. Additionally, there are many variables in calculating pay rate such as ensuring our rates are market competitive, candidate specialization, years of experience and other factors.

Pros

Autonomy, salary commensurate to years of experience, fair health insurance benefits, extensive onboarding, and orientation process, decent perks such as limited backup childcare, on-site concierge services, food, and Rx pay with employee badge, honey baked ham gift card at Christmas, etc. Some loyal and valuable colleagues and administration that contribute to team collaboration and good patient care. Helpful online access to benefits, leave balances, online training, etc. Meetings attended through phone conferences.

Cons

The claims and agreements made during the hiring process, orientation, and onboarding do not carry over into the job. Wasteful time spent in the orientation period learning information that is not applicable to the job expectations and unclear answers to specific questions related to job duties. Unrealistic productivity expectations and territory size overseen by administrators that are too far removed or have never experienced the demands of a field position. Regular feedback from quality assurance to fix past oversights that could be easily fixed by the office staff upon detection that take clinician time away from direct patient care and are not compensated for. Clinicians are expected to complete documentation on their own time in order to meet productivity expectations. Consistent additions to the documentation system and the redundancies are maddening. An extreme need for streamlining, simplifying, and revamping the archaic electronic and HANDWRITTEN documentation systems as well as the efficiency of personnel roles and job duties. Not enough staff to cover the workload and nothing in place to manage the workload when an employee takes PTO. Poor team collaboration and little done to fix the "bad apples", which directly affects patient care. The professional growth, scholarship, and educational advancement program is more complicated than it is originally presented as.
